How Do We Do Mould Treatment?

The mould treatment service we provide is done in a professional manner and we take cautious in performing our tasks so as to not cause any damages to the items placed in the surrounding such as (furniture, paints, floors, etc.).

We perform mould removal services in a step by step manner, the steps are as such :

Identifying of the moulds

The first step of our mould treatment is that we will be performing a thorough check on the location, identifying where all the moulds are located. We also ensure that common areas where moulds might grow will be inspected (hidden places behind furniture or pipes). Once a thorough inspection of the location is done, we will be moving forward to our next step.

Containment of the treatment area

Before we begin work on the treatment area, we will ensure the safety of the surrounding areas by covering items that may be affected by the substance and evacuating all the personnel from the area for the duration of the work.

Double treatment with Hydrogen Peroxide

Once we ensure that the containment area is ready to be worked on, we will begin by spraying diluted Hydrogen Peroxide on all the surfaces inside the containment area. Upon completion, we will allow an estimated 15 to 30 minutes of air drying. We will then be using a water jet to spray on the surface, before then wiping down the same area with diluted Hydrogen Peroxide. The final step is to then let it air dry again for an estimated 30 to 60 minutes this time.

We will then be treating the surfaces with Air Nano+ TS37 before allowing it to dry for 60 minutes. Air Nano+ TS37 is a nanocoating substance which protects the applied area from moisture, condensation and humidity.
